After a view weeks break the US Formula 1 Grand Prix took place in Austin in Texas. Most teams brought up dates toi their cars but had only one hour of testing because of a sprint weekend…. Therefore the order even changed from Saturday to Sunday…. Max Verstappen won the Sprint race in front of Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris. Norris and Verstappen were fighting from the first row but Leclerc passed them both in the first corner. Sainz as well made his way to second quickly and the Ferrari duo cruised home a nice 1 -2. Verstappen and Norris had a great fight for many laps: Norris crossed the finishing line as 3rd but got a 5 second penalty which put Max on P3 ahead of Lando. Piastri finished 5th ahead of Georg Russel who started from the pits because of his crash damage from qualifying. Perez finished disappointing 7th ahead of Nico Hülkenberg and Liam Lawson who had to start from last position because of changes to his car. Franco Colapinto won the last point in 10th. Verstappen leads the driver´s championship with 354 points followed by Norris (297) and Leclerc (275) while Mc Laren leads the constructors championship with 504 points followed by Red Bull Racing (504) and Ferrari (496).
