Who is Grand Prix Tickets?
Grand Prix Tickets is an official ticket agency situated in Austria and Germany with more than 25 years of experience. They are official grandstand ticket supplier for the Shell Motorsport Events programme.

How can I purchase tickets?
You can order tickets via the GPT online shop. Please find all service numbers on the website if you have any problems.

Can I request a special grandstand seat?
You can send GPT your request when ordering the tickets. Grand Prix Tickets will do their best to get these tickets although we cannot guarantee the seats.

Is there any additional delivery charge?
Yes, there is an additional delivery charge on all orders. This will be quoted to you at the time of purchase.

When will the tickets be delivered?
Generally, tickets will be delivered by DHL approximately 3-4 weeks before the race.

Can I indicate a different delivery address?
Of course, just send GPT your delivery address when ordering the tickets. Please note, when indicating a hotel, always state the full address and, if possible, the room number.

When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as GPT sends out the invoice and therewith confirm your tickets, your credit card will be charged.

What methods of payment are accepted?
In an attempt to increase efficiencies across the programme payment may be made by credit or debit card only (Visa Debit and Credit, MasterCard and Maestro). Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be done to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Tickets will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be charged or debited once the order has been accepted. If your credit card limit is not sufficient for the transaction, please contact Shell contact procurement who will able to assist. For any other payment queries please contact Shell Brands International or Shell Motorsport Events.

Is there a Shell Motorsport Events management fee?
A small management fee is added to each ticket by Shell Motorsport Events. This covers the following;

• Pre-event communications and support from Shell Motorsport Events including exclusive partnership information
• Ease of re-issuing tickets – should tickets be lost or damaged
• Shell/Ferrari pack box including, welcome letter, weekend racing itinerary, ear plugs, shell lanyard, HSSE card and partnership guide.
• Opportunity to purchase Shell /Ferrari gift pack
